Soiltech was engaged by DMA Partners to undertake a geotechnical assessment for the Northpoint Shopping Center on Ruthven Street Toowoomba. Eighteen boreholes up to 14m deep were undertaken within the footprint of the proposed buildings. Testing comprised of Standard Penetration Test (SPT), Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP), Shrink Swell Index, Atterberg Limits, California Bearing Ratio (CBR) and Emerson Class.
